The Kilmorey Restaurant, long famous as one of Southern Alberta's finest dining experiences is back, now located on the lakeside of the Kilmorey Lodge, with gorgeous views of Emerald Bay on the Upper Waterton Lake and the mountains beyond.

With lakeside views beneath the majestic sights of Waterton, the Kilmorey Restaurant boasts a large dining patio, ideal for summertime dinners or enjoying a cold pint of beer while sitting on the best patio in Waterton. Inside the ambience is fine dining at its best, enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive wine list, chosen to subtly pair with every dish on our menu.

Experience Local Excellence with Our New Menu! We are thrilled to introduce our latest culinary creations, crafted with care and passion at Kilmorey Lodge. As a cornerstone of our commitment to community, we proudly support local farms and suppliers, ensuring that every dish tells a story of our region’s flavors.

As an executive chef for the past 30 years I have been driven by two main desires.

First, to eliminate packaged processed foods whenever possible and focus on creating inspired meals and baking that are created, and prepared in house. My studies in food allergens have led me to create recipes that are able to be enjoyed by guests of all dietary restrictions.

Secondly, I believe in knowing where our food comes from and working with those who helped raise or produce it. We are committed to using the finest quality ingredients from Alberta and Western Canada in order to create meals that are healthier for the body, local economy and environment.

We look forward sharing these passions with you and presenting meals invoke memories of the past and the culinary awareness of today. Chef D’Arcy Letourneau

Friday and Saturday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (hours may vary, please make a reservation)
Sunday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM | 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (reservation recommended)

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Daily
Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Dinner served in the Dining Room from 5:00 PM until the last seating at 8:00 PM
